How to Sync with Jira

After you’ve completed the Jira integration, you can manually sync your Jira data to BigTime.

Syncing with Jira is a one-way sync. New data and updates flow from Jira to BigTime. So any changes you make in BigTime won’t be pushed to Jira.

It’s also worth noting that only active projects and projects with issues and epics sync from Jira to BigTime.

You can manually sync Jira data with BigTime on BigTime’s integrations page.

Click My Company....Integrations from your navigation bar.

Then, click on the Jira tile.

Click the link Sync Project/Issues to start the sync.
