BigTime offers three product levels to fit the various needs of today’s professional service firms:
Start out at any level, then upgrade and downgrade as your company’s needs change over time.

If tracking time is your primary need, consider our Express service.
With Express, your staffers can log time into their timesheets anytime, anywhere with an internet connection—since BigTime is a cloud-based service and accessible across devices (smartphones, tablets, and PCs). You can also sync your data with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.

Companies turn to Pro when they need to do more than just track time. With Pro, in addition to tracking time, you can:
- Track expenses,
- Submit invoices, and
- Manage projects, which includes the option to add budgets to projects and create tasks and subtasks.

Similar to Pro, Premier users can track time and expenses and invoice out of BigTime.
Plus, you’ll have access to our resource allocation feature for project management. Now you can see how your projects and staffers fit together. With resource allocation, you can:

- Allocate staffers’ time effectively.
