Project Financial Reports on Your Project Dashboard

Admins can add reports from the Report Center via the Financials tab to the Project Dashboard for a specific project. It’s a way to quickly and easily see project details at the report level, without navigating to the Report Center.
This article will walk you through the process.
First, get to the Project Dashboard for a project. Then, follow these steps.
- Click on the Financials tab.
- Click on the gray box, Time/Expense by Period, and select Add Reports from the picklist.
- Select a report from the picklist.
NOTE: You can only add a report to the project if you have the Select a Specific Project option selected in the report itself, as you can see in the image below.
This means that you’ll only see reports that have this filter. For example, the report options below have the Select a Specific Project filter, and are the only ones available to add on my Project Dashboard.
- Click Save.
Then, you can view the report from your dashboard by selecting it from the dashboard.
Notice how the report populates in the picklist. Then, you can edit the report’s date range by clicking Edit Report Settings.
Then, select the desired date range.
